I received excellent advice from Dr. Gassner. I then took advantage of the next available appointment to have facial surgery around my eyes – lower eyelids, upper eyelids, and forehead all at once. He was recommended to me as the only doctor in the area capable of performing the procedure correctly. That was about a month ago. In the first 10 days, I had two appointments to have the wires and sutures removed. Most of the after-effects healed very quickly. 90 to 95% of what I wanted to achieve has already been realized. I think the remaining 5 to 10% will also be correct within the next 4 to 8 weeks. I have my next appointment in 3 months to check the results of his work. I was prescribed a lot of pain medication. However, I only had to take one ibuprofen tablet, and that was just as a precaution because it's anti-inflammatory and I wanted to minimize the risk of inflammation at night. I experienced significantly less pain than I expected.
