5.4 Removal Requests

Healthcare professionals may request removal of their profile by contacting us at Contact Us. We will process removal requests within 30 days, subject to verification of identity.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

6.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans for healthcare professionals:

• Free Listing: Basic profile with up to 3 patient inquiries per month at no cost
• Advanced Plan ($390/month): Enhanced profile with up to 70 patient inquiries per month, verified badge, and priority search ranking
• Premium Plan ($990/month): Top-tier profile with up to 165 patient inquiries per month, #1 city ranking, and editorial board membership

Annual billing is available at a discounted rate (2 months free).

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your surgeon dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

6.4 Inquiry Credits

Patient inquiries are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. Surgeons use credits to access full patient contact details from anonymized inquiries.

7. Patient Inquiries

7.1 Inquiry Submission

Patients may submit inquiries to surgeons through our platform. By submitting an inquiry, patients consent to sharing their provided information with relevant surgeons on the platform.

7.2 Anonymization

Patient inquiries are initially presented to surgeons in an anonymized format. Surgeons must use inquiry credits to access full patient contact details. This system protects patient privacy while enabling meaningful connections.

7.3 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, responses, or outcomes. The quality and quantity of patient inquiries may vary based on factors outside our control.

8. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1 Reviews and Comments

Users may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
