6. Pricing and Billing (Surgeons)

6.1 Prepaid Wallet Model

DeepPlane.com uses a prepaid wallet model. There are no monthly subscriptions, no recurring tiers, and no minimum commitments. Surgeons add funds to a wallet and consume the balance one patient-contact unlock at a time.

Top up any amount via Stripe Checkout — minimum equivalent of €5 / £5 / $5; maximum €5,000 / £5,000 / $5,000 per top-up.
Wallet balance does not expire and earns no interest.
Currency is fixed by your first top-up; you cannot mix currencies.

6.2 Per-Inquiry Unlock Pricing

Each patient-contact unlock is priced based on the patient's region (typically €25–€89). The exact price for each inquiry is shown to you BEFORE you click "Unlock" — there are no surprise charges.

6.3 Authority Engine — Free Unlocks

Surgeons who embed the DeepPlane.com badge on their clinic website earn a monthly free-unlock allowance based on their site's domain authority (typically 1–25 free unlocks per month). Free unlocks are consumed before paid balance. Free unlocks are platform credits, have no cash value, and are not refundable.

6.4 Optional Auto-Reload

Auto-reload tops up your wallet automatically when the balance falls below a threshold you set. Auto-reload can be disabled at any time. Card declines pause auto-reload for 48 hours.

6.5 Refunds

Unused wallet balance is refundable within 30 days of any top-up — no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6.6 No VAT Charged

Gamevato OÜ is below the Estonian VAT registration threshold; no VAT is charged on invoices. Surgeons remain responsible for any tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.

7. Patient Inquiries

7.1 Free for Patients

Patients submitting inquiries through DeepPlane.com pay nothing. There is no booking commitment, no consultation fee paid to DeepPlane.com, and no obligation to engage any specific surgeon.

7.2 Inquiry Submission

By submitting an inquiry, patients consent to sharing their provided information (name, age, location, photos, message) with the verified surgeons listed in the patient's selected cities. Patients may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see Privacy Policy.

7.3 Masked-Until-Unlocked

Patient inquiries are presented to surgeons in a masked format showing only the patient's age range, country, and high-level message — full contact details (name, WhatsApp, email) are revealed only when the surgeon opts to unlock the inquiry. The surgeon's wallet balance OR free allowance is consumed at unlock time.

7.4 No Guarantee of Volume or Outcome

We do not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, responses, conversion rates, or surgical outcomes. The volume and quality of inquiries vary based on patient demand, surgeon profile completeness, and factors outside our control.

8. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1 Reviews and Comments

Users may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
