Yes — claiming your profile, the verified listing, and ranking above unclaimed entries are all free, with no credit card and no hidden fees. Patient inquiries are pay-per-unlock: you unlock only the inquiries you choose, paid from a monthly package whose balance never expires. Package payments are not refundable.

"Verified" means one specific thing: within 24-48 hours of email confirmation, our team confirms you control your practice's email domain, usually via a link from your own clinic site. We do not cross-check your board certification against the issuing authority's registry, confirm your medical licence status, or review your case volume — no document upload is required, because there is no credential check to pass. Board certification and experience shown on your profile are as you or your clinic published them, and are labelled self-reported. The full disclosure is on /methodology.

Yes. The free verified listing has no contract — close the account from your dashboard whenever you want. Unlocking inquiries needs a monthly package, and that IS a recurring charge: the amount is stated before you press Pay, it repeats every month (sooner if your balance runs out first), and you can stop it in one press from your dashboard. Nothing auto-renews that you did not start.
