The deep plane facelift is a technique few surgeons do well, and almost nothing a patient is told about a surgeon can be checked. DEEPPLANE™ compiles what is public — credentials as published, before/after work from clinic sources, typical costs by country — and says which parts we confirmed.
Our content is written and edited in-house to an editorial standard set by our medical reviewer; five of our learn pages carry a separately recorded review signature. We never accept paid rankings — profiles are labelled with their verification tier.
What we check — and what we don't
Nothing is checked before a profile is listed. Here is what each of the four states actually means.
Identity & License
Nothing is confirmed here. The profile is built from clinic websites, professional-society directories, Google Business listings and, where available, NPI records. No document is requested and none is checked.
Credentials Review
Board certifications, fellowships, hospital affiliations, and deep plane facelift experience verified.
3 · Badged
From 1 September 2026, keeping a badge requires a DEEPPLANE™ link live on the surgeon's own website. We do not authenticate before/after photographs — no EXIF check, no reverse-image search — and images are collected from public clinic sites, Instagram and YouTube.
4 · Corrected
Anyone — surgeon, patient or reader — can ask us to change or remove something. We do not monitor licence status, disciplinary actions or professional standing, so if one changes, the only way we learn is if someone tells us.

All medical content is reviewed by board-certified plastic surgeons. We follow a dual-review process: AI-assisted drafting from peer-reviewed sources, followed by expert review. Updated annually or when new evidence emerges.
Data Sources & Verification
Profiles built from medical board registries, Google Business data, peer-reviewed publications, and professional society memberships. Verified and unverified information is clearly distinguished.
Editorial Independence
Rankings based on credentials, reviews, and verification — never payment. Wallet activity has no influence on ranking position, search results, or editorial mentions.
Patient Safety
No outcome guarantees, no superlatives, hedged language for unverified claims. Compliant with TTB, FTC, GDPR, and KVKK across all markets.
