What a patient request costs
This is the table we charge from. Every price is a flat amount in US dollars, charged once when you open a request. None of them is a percentage of a surgery fee, and we take no commission on any booking.
Base price, by the patient's region
Every request has a base price set by where the patient lives, because that is what the request is worth to a surgeon.
| Patient region | Price |
|---|---|
| USA, Canada, Australia and similar | $45 |
| United Kingdom | $40 |
| High-income Europe and Gulf | $35 |
| Eurozone and the rest of the EU | $30 |
| Türkiye | $20 |
| Rest of the world | $20 |
Qualified requests
A request is qualified when the patient has sent photographs, stated a budget of at least $10,000, and named a surgery window that has not yet passed. A qualified request costs the price of its budget band instead of the base price.
| Patient's budget | Price |
|---|---|
| $10,000 to $15,000 | $150 |
| $15,000 to $25,000 | $250 |
| $25,000 to $50,000 | $500 |
| $50,000 to $100,000 | $500 |
| Over $100,000 | $500 |
Where the patient's budget cannot reach any destination she named, the request is priced at the base price instead.
A patient who named another surgeon
A patient who named another surgeon costs at least $150 for other surgeons; the surgeon she named pays the normal price.
This rule has not started. When it does, it applies only to requests received after that day.
