Dr. Roostaeian's practice centers on facial aging and rejuvenation, with the deep plane facelift among his areas of focus. The deep plane technique repositions the deeper layers of facial tissue rather than simply tightening the skin.

His surgical philosophy emphasizes results that look natural rather than pulled or artificial. This approach appeals to patients who want to appear refreshed while still recognizably themselves.

Dr. Roostaeian's specialties extend beyond the face to include rhinoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring. This breadth allows him to address a range of aesthetic goals within a single practice.

Rhinoplasty, including revision rhinoplasty, is a notable part of his clinical work. Patients seeking to refine or correct prior nasal surgery represent an important segment of his caseload.

His work has been discussed in press and interview settings, including features related to UCLA Health on natural-looking facial aesthetic surgery. These discussions reflect his interest in evolving techniques for facial rejuvenation.

The deep plane facelift addresses the SMAS layer (the superficial musculoaponeurotic system, a sheet of tissue beneath the skin) by releasing and repositioning it. This distinguishes it from older methods that relied mainly on skin tension.

Dr. Roostaeian's approach to facial aging considers the underlying structure of the face, not just the surface. Restoring volume and support in the mid-face and jawline is central to modern rejuvenation.

Recovery is an important part of any facelift journey, and Dr. Roostaeian's practice emphasizes clear expectations before surgery. Patients are guided through the healing timeline so they can plan appropriately.

Dr. Roostaeian serves patients in Denver who are considering deep plane facelift surgery, rhinoplasty, and other facial and body procedures. His profile on DeepPlane.com provides a resource for those beginning their research.

For women in their fifties and sixties exploring facial rejuvenation, Dr. Roostaeian offers a combination of academic training and aesthetic focus. His work reflects an emphasis on tissue repositioning and natural contour over dramatic, obvious change.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Roostaeian. I consulted with several surgeons before moving forward, and not everyone felt my concerns could be meaningfully improved, but he took the time to understand what I was looking for and approached it in a thoughtful, realistic way. What stood out to me most is that he listens carefully and works within your goals rather than pushing something overly aggressive. He was very mindful about things like incision placement and keeping results natural and proportional. I’ve now seen him for more than one procedure and have been very happy with the outcomes. He combines strong technical skill with good aesthetic judgment, which is not always easy to find. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and honest plastic surgeon.

Dr. Jason Roostaeian was my life savior. He performed a very dangerous-and-life-saving surgery to removed damage skin from my cancer treatment. And a skin-graft at the same time. Part of my skin used to drain liquid from the-inside-to-the-outside of the skin. This problem was removed after my surgery. I thank Dr. Sunita Beall from UCSB, for recommending Dr Jason Roostaein. and I thank Dr. Jason Roostaein for doing such a successful surgery. Great work. Thank you.

I had my first rhinoplasty 20 years ago with a different doctor and I was in desperate need of a revision. Revision rhinoplasty is scary, especially because my first experience didn't go the way I had hoped. I was nervous but I trusted my gut after seeing Dr. Jason's photos — he posts pictures from all angles, not just the side profile shots that everyone else uses. That to me was the most important factor differentiating him from other plastic surgeons. My results look completely natural, which is exactly what he specializes in. It looks like I have the nose I was supposed to have. It fits my face, it looks like me, and I so much prettier and more confident now. Not to mention my breathing has improved so drastically that I can't believe I lived my entire life without this level of comfort. I only wish he was around 20 years ago — I would have saved myself a whole surgery.
