Hi everyone! A lot of people have been asking me lately what I’ve been doing for my skin and overall health — and honestly, I’m as surprised as anyone by how much has changed these past few months. About four months ago, I basically stopped drinking alcohol. It wasn’t a big, planned decision — it just sort of happened naturally. I’ve been focusing more on my work, my health, and quiet time, and I realized I just wasn’t having my nightly cocktails anymore. My skin looks clearer, brighter, and healthier than it has in years. Here’s what’s been working for me lately: ☕ Chocolate collagen protein powder in my coffee every morning — it’s great for hair, skin, and nails. 💧 Tretinoin Cream (prescription) twice a week — it makes your skin red and peel at first, but it renews your skin like nothing else. 🧴 MANYO Pure Cleansing Oil (from Costco) — a Korean cleansing oil that melts off makeup completely and leaves your skin soft and clean. 🌸 Oil of Olay Regenerist — I use it every single night and smother my face with it. It keeps my skin hydrated and glowy. ✨ Differin Gel a couple of times a week, especially on my nose — it helps with blackheads, tightens pores, and smooths your skin. 💉 And yes, a Botox every three months! For hair, my doctor also recommended Viviscal supplements — they help strengthen and thicken hair, especially for women going through hormonal changes. I just started taking them and will share updates soon. At 58, I know I’m going through all the changes that come with this stage of life — and I’ve learned it’s not about fighting aging; it’s about taking care of yourself from the inside out. Small changes add up, and the glow truly comes from feeling good, not just looking good. 💖 And I also want to be honest — last week I had a mini face-lift and brow lift in Beverly Hills with Dr. Daniel Golshani, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. All my friends who have done this with other surgeons warned me about pain and my experience was the complete opposite! It’s been 10 days and I have no scars! He has hid them in my hair line! I felt pressure almost like my hair bands were too tight for 24 hrs only! Barely any bruising ! I did not even need heavy pain meds (and I am a baby for pain) I used Tylenol. He’s truly the best if you’re ever considering any kind of facial rejuvenation — whether it’s something subtle like a mini neck lift or something more comprehensive such as a facelift or brow lift. I also had a breast augmentation with him after years of breast feeding. I have NO SCARS ! He is the BEST!! He is also the best at nose jobs! I have seen his work! That is next on my list! Lol He’s the kindest, most talented surgeon I’ve ever met, feels like a long time friend, and I highly recommend him to anyone feeling the heaviness or looseness that comes with age and wanting to feel refreshed again. Dr. Golshani also happens to be the doctor who saved my life three years ago when he discovered a lump that turned out to be early-stage breast cancer. Because of his attentiveness and care, it was caught early — and I will forever be grateful. For me, it’s never been just about the outside. I truly believe in working on yourself from the inside out — prayer, reflection, self-love, and taking care of your body and mind. Next on my list is to begin a routine at the gym with some Hip hop dance classes and light weights. This year, for me, is about change and new beginnings — about stepping into the next chapter of my life with peace, gratitude, and a renewed sense of who I am. At 58, I’m finally learning what it means to really know myself — and sometimes, being alone is the only way you get there. ❤️ He’s truly one of a kind — compassionate, gifted, and genuinely cares about his patients. He’s the doctor who saved my life when I went to him for a breast augmentation 3 years ago (when he caught my breast cancer early) and now he’s the one who helped me feel renewed again through my recent neck refinement procedure. I trust him completely and recommend him wholeheartedly. 💖

If you have doubts like I did…( almost gave up trying to find the right doctor) then rest assured that today I am so happy I did not give in to doubts and fear. I found in Dr Golshani someone who understood me, someone capable to do the surgery, someone who took pride in his profession. To my surprise I left to do something important the following day only with a thin cover over the bandages. No pain pills (none) only arnica cream for bruises. So, yes, to me he is the best. I am ecstatic with my results, it changed my life!

Love Dr Golshani and his staff! I went for a Septorhinoplasty and he walked me through every steps with kindness and care and so did his staff, so all very nice. His staff gave me his cell to text him my status. Dr Golshani answered all my concerns, allowed me to see him quickly to reassure everything was going well. I’m 6 days post op and couldn’t be happier with the experience and procedure. Highly recommend Dr. Golshani and his seasoned staff.

International patients can generally travel home after 10-14 days once swelling has stabilised and wound checks are complete. Deep plane facelift results typically last 10-15 years, significantly longer than traditional SMAS or mini-facelift procedures, which tend to last 5-8 years.
