After doing a lot of research and going out on various consultations, I just found Dr. Gould to be the most down-to-earth, the most human. From a cost perspective, he was competitive and a lot more realistic, I found. He answered all of my questions, and I just felt most at ease with him and his team. I do look like me again. Since having my surgery, I feel like I'm back, like when I was healing, especially when I looked in the mirror, I'm like, there he is. That's the guy I know. I had full trust in Dr. Gould and his team, and I was so pleased. It just looked again like me. Every single treatment just made me feel so secure and so cared for. He spent over 45 minutes with me on a video call, asking thoughtful questions and walking me through the procedure, the process, and the downtime. I've truly never met a doctor so patient, kind, and caring. After the call, I visited the office to meet him in person. Once again, Dr. G took another 45 minutes to explain everything thoroughly and show me before-and-after photos. I felt so informed and confident-I booked my surgery that same day. I also have to shout out the amazing staff: Sophie, Jasmine, Elizabeth, and Anthony. They are all incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. The level of care and professionalism they provide is outstanding. I had a neck lift, under-eye procedure, and brow lift. The day of surgery, Dr. G met with me again to answer any last questions, though everything had already been explained so clearly that I had none. The surgery went perfectly, and I was transported to recovery at The Four Seasons. The nurses there were phenomenal-just the push of a button, and they were at my bedside in seconds. I only needed pain medication for two days-after that, Tylenol was more than enough. I was worried about pain, but it turned out to be a non-issue. By the end of the first week, I could already see a huge improvement. My neck looked amazing-and every day since, things have only gotten better. I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. G and his incredible team. If you're considering plastic surgery, don't hesitate-this is the dream team you want.
