Dr. Hedyeh Ziai

I had a facial procedure with Dr. Ziai last year, and the results were honestly beyond what I expected. She has that perfect mix of skill, deep medical knowledge, and calm confidence that immediately puts you at ease. Absolutely incredible experience! I recently had a deep plane facelift, fat transfer, and temporal brow lift, performed by Dr. Hedyeh. Over the years, I’ve had close to 20 other surgeries for various orthopedic ailments, problems with my eyes, etc. I’m happy to say this is the best care I’ve ever received and I’m so happy with my decision! From the moment I met Dr. Hedyeh, she listened to me and told me what was possible based on my anatomy and skin thickness. She also explained the risks and set realistic expectations. I was on the younger side for a facelift in my late 40s, but I did a lot of research and more and more people are having a facelift earlier to preserve the skin and yield a better outcome. I didn’t want to wait until I had extreme sagging to combat the aging process either. I consulted roughly 6 other plastic surgeons both in Beverly Hills and around the country. However, Dr. Hedyeh was trained by arguably one of the best surgeons specializing in facelift in the world, Dr. Ben Talei. At the time of this writing, she still works in his practice. She’s also an ENT, which is incredibly important because the face is full of nerves and delicate muscles. She’s also an expert in hair restoration, which is helpful since there is a risk of hair loss near the incision sites during a facelift. What can’t she do?!?? Even before I chose to schedule surgery, Dr. Hedyeh shared her cell phone number with me. For many months leading up to my surgery, she answered questions extremely promptly (usually the same day, sometimes within minutes) and encouraged me to come back to her office for appointments to talk through any concerns. Her surgery coordinator communicated mostly via email and explained the process regarding pre-op testing, prescriptions, and payment. Everything was straightforward and I appreciated the efficiency since we all have busy lives! The day of surgery itself went very smoothly. In her private surgical suite, I received discreet care. I came in early, saw no other patients, and was her only surgery that day. For the next eight days, Dr. Hedyeh visited me every single day, sometimes twice per day. She even met me at my hyperbaric oxygen chamber appointments to make it more convenient for me. On one occasion, she picked up an additional medication I needed from the pharmacy! When I checked out of the aftercare the day after surgery, she even sent flowers to me! I mean…what doctor makes this type of kind gesture?!?!? Amazing! The pain from the surgery itself wasn’t bad and I only needed to take pain medication for one day. Bandages were removed the day after surgery and I honestly went out to lunch with my family two days later, wearing a hat! I wasn’t expecting such a speedy recovery! Bruising was also minimal and I think the hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions truly helped speed up healing. Within a few days, I was back to caring for my kids! I also started to see results within only a few days - More youthful cheekbones, neckline, and eye area. My friends said it still looks like me, just refreshed!!! This is exactly what I wanted and Dr. Hedyeh delivered. Not even two weeks have elapsed since my surgery and I’m told the swelling will continue to dissipate so it will just get better from here! On top of everything else I’ve written, Dr. Hedyeh has a calm disposition and is a lovely person with her feet planted solidly on the ground. I am almost 2 years from a deep plane face/neck lift , brow lift, upper bleph with the Incredible Top Notch One and Only Dr. Hedyeh Ziai… Where do I begin? When you first meet Dr. Hedyeh. You will be taken aback by her beauty, her kind demeanor, her complete honesty and her ability to make you feel special. She is also a Skilled Surgeon that will not disappoint you. She gave me my life back, which I hadn't known I’d lost until after my Surgery. I’m Me but the version that feels so much better about herself @ 58 years old.
