What recent patients say
5.0 / 5 · 184 Google reviewsI had an amazing experience with the team at CliniSpa and couldn’t be happier with my breast augmentation results. I’m so grateful to Dr. Watts for the incredible work…absolute perfection. The nurses have also been wonderful, regularly checking in and always available to answer any questions. The entire process was clear and easy to follow, with no hidden costs, so I always knew exactly what to expect. Even six weeks post-surgery, the ongoing follow-up appointments have made me feel supported and confident that my results are being carefully monitored. I truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Dr Guy Watts and his team. From my initial enquiry through to my surgery and aftercare, every step of the journey was handled with the utmost professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth. The entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and well supported at all times. Dr Guy Watts is incredibly skilled and meticulous. He approached my surgery plan and desired outcome with the highest level of integrity, taking the time to ensure everything was carefully considered and aligned to achieve the best possible result for me. I'm so pleased with my results so far, and the level of aftercare provided following my surgery has really set this team apart for me. Sophie, the patient care coordinator, has been so helpful and lovely in guiding me through the whole process. I'm so grateful for the world-class care I've received and would absolutely recommend Dr Guy Watts and his team to anyone considering surgery. You will not be disappointed.
I can’t recommend Dr Watts as a surgeon highly enough. I underwent a two-stage mastopexy and breast augmentation, spaced 12 months apart. I’m now three months post my final surgery, and I’m so thrilled with my end results. Dr Watts went through both surgeries in great detail, what would happen, recovery expectations, and the pro’s/con’s of doing these surgeries as one, or separately. I felt for me, based on the options he gave me, that I was more comfortable doing them separately and spacing each surgery 12 months apart. I did not regret my decision, trusted my instincts, and so glad I took the route I did. Dr Watts was excellent and went through the surgeries in a lot of detail, was happy to answer my many questions, and I felt very well prepared mentally and physically before each surgery. His anesthetist Dr Fergie was also excellent. It’s been a 2 year journey all up, but my final results are incredible and life changing - I feel like a new person, my body confidence is higher, and when I look at my pre-photos to now, it’s nothing short of miracle how different I look. Dr Watts is an exceptionally talented surgeon, with a caring manner and pays high attention to every detail of your case. His clinical nurse care and office team are also amazing - kind, caring and highly professional. They are on the journey with you and take such great care of you at all stages. If you are considering any form of breast surgery, you will not be disappointed in any way by choosing Dr Watts as your surgeon. My hope is that you will be as delighted with your final results as I have been with mine.
Dr Watts and his team are absolutely amazing! They make you feel welcome and comfortable straight up. Any questions were answered and left me knowing I’d picked the right Surgeon.

Dr. Watts's Surgical Approach
Dr. Guy Watts approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer — the supportive sheet of muscle and connective tissue that lies under the skin and controls much of the face's structural support.
Dr. Guy Watts approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer — the supportive sheet of muscle and connective tissue that lies under the skin and controls much of the face's structural support. This technique distinguishes the deep plane method from more traditional skin-only or SMAS-tightening approaches.
The deep plane facelift involves what surgeons call sub-SMAS dissection. This means the surgical plane is developed underneath the SMAS layer, allowing the skin and deeper tissues to be lifted together as one unit rather than being separated and tightened individually.
