What recent patients say
4.5 / 5 · 161 Google reviewsScar revision surgery! Dr B is the absolute best
I recently underwent a lower face and neck lift with Dr. Benjamin Bassichis in Dallas, Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with both my experience and my results. I also know several people who have gone to Dr. B for a variety of procedures — from fillers to rhinoplasty — and the outcomes are consistently excellent. Dr. Bassichis is truly an exceptional surgeon. His skill, precision, and care were evident every step of the way. The same is true of his entire staff, both in the office and at the surgery center. Everyone was professional, kind, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to each follow-up visit. My recovery was remarkably smooth: I had virtually no pain, minimal swelling, and I felt comfortable being seen in public within about a week. The results look natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. It may sound strange, but I still look like myself… just a better, more rested version. If you are considering facial surgery and want the very best, I cannot recommend Dr. Bassichis highly enough. He is an outstanding surgeon, and I am truly grateful I chose him.

Dr. Bassichis's Surgical Approach
Dr. Benjamin Bassichis performs the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer, the sheet of muscle and connective tissue (the superficial musculoaponeurotic system) that sits between the skin and the deeper facial structures.
Dr. Benjamin Bassichis performs the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer, the sheet of muscle and connective tissue (the superficial musculoaponeurotic system) that sits between the skin and the deeper facial structures. This is the layer responsible for much of how the lower face and cheeks age over time.
Rather than pulling the skin tight, the deep plane technique releases and repositions this deeper tissue as a single unit. Dr. Bassichis focuses on tissue repositioning that lifts the cheek and jawline naturally, avoiding the stretched appearance associated with older, skin-only methods.
