From my very first inquiry (months prior to surgery) to my post-surgery follow-ups, I felt completely at ease and well cared for. The staff, especially Wendy and Lexi whom I worked closely with were incredibly warm, professional and supportive every step of the way. Dr. Hass took the time to listen to my goals, thoroughly explained the procedure, work with other doctors I have and made sure I felt confident in my decision. His expertise and attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with my results! The surgery was quick, seamless and much better than I imagined. My results are gorgeous because the Hass team listened and Dr. Hass knew how to execute exactly to what I wanted! Recovery was smoother than I expected, thanks to the compassionate follow-up care and guidance I received. I was able to reach out directly with many questions I had and was given prompt answers from Wendy and the office staff. This made me feel at ease when I was traveling post op! Lastly, they are extremely transparent about pricing. I was charged prior to surgery the exact amount from my quote several months prior. In the quote, I was quoted (and charged) for a procedure that was determined not necessary for the look I wanted during surgery. After surgery, Dr. Hass was honest that he didn’t do that part and the billing department refunded that amount to my credit card so promptly it was before my follow up appointment.
