Dr. Warner is great! He was honest about what he could do to meet my expectation, but also was completely transparent about what might not be achievable. Plus, he was an excellent listener which I appreciated. His patient coordinator, Natalie, was professional but very personable. She even shared her own surgery experiences and it turns out we have the same aesthetic which was a definite plus. Everyone was very welcoming, and I highly recommend the institute.
