I would first like to say that Dr. Hagen is an Outstanding surgeon! I had a consultation with him last year. I was interested in getting a neck and lower facelift. Before meeting Dr. Hagen I had consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons. I was told by one surgeon that I was not a candidate because I had previous facial surgeries and a lot of scar tissue. When I met Dr. Hagen I was very transparent with my surgical history. He listened carefully and examined my face. After a lengthy discussion I knew he was going to be my surgeon. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon and only focuses on the neck and face. He performed a deep plane neck and facelift on me and the results are very natural looking. We joked that I did have a lot of scar tissue but he took his time and I'm very thankful it was successful! After surgery I felt very spoiled! His nursing staff is very attentive, and I have to say, Dr. Hagen went above and beyond to make sure I was doing well! I'm in my mid 60's and I've never had a doctor so kind and compassionate! He's a rare find!

Where do I even start? My experience with Dr. Hagen has been absolutely amazing from my very first visit all the way through my post-surgery checkups. At my initial consult, he sat with me and really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted done. He explained everything clearly - what the procedure involved, what results to expect, and any risks! And he answered ALL my questions. It was such a different experience compared to other surgeons I’d seen before. I ended up deciding to do my surgery with Dr. Hagen and it was one of the best decisions ever! After surgery, the level of care was truly next level. I got multiple procedures done so I had lots of swelling. The week after surgery, I saw Dr. Hagen multiple times, and every time he answered all my questions and concerns. He even told me I could come in more if I needed the extra peace of mind. He also made himself available on weekends—I didn’t need to go in, but just knowing he’s done that for patients before says so much. It really made me feel like he’s genuinely invested in his patients. His nurses are absolute GEMS too! Huge shoutout to Brooke! She’s so sweet, incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me the best tips and “what to expect” guidance that helped so much during recovery. I’m almost 4 weeks post-op now and I’m obsessed with my results.
