His medical education was completed at UCLA, one of the country's respected academic institutions. This foundation supports a surgical philosophy grounded in anatomy, restraint, and long-term results rather than dramatic short-term change.

Dr. Isaacs is recognized for a particular strength in the delicate area around the eyes. His background in oculofacial surgery gives him detailed familiarity with the muscles, ligaments, and fat pads that shape the upper face.

The deep plane facelift is a technique that repositions the deeper layers of facial tissue rather than simply tightening skin. Dr. Isaacs approaches this procedure with attention to the SMAS layer (the sheet of muscle and connective tissue beneath the skin) and the supporting structures below it.

His clinical interest extends naturally from the eyes to the mid and lower face. Blepharoplasty (eyelid lift surgery) is a core part of his practice, and this expertise informs how he handles the transitions between the eye region and the cheek.

Dr. Isaacs is listed as a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a professional body associated with facial surgery standards. Membership of this kind reflects an ongoing commitment to specialized education.

His approach is often described as conservative and thoughtful. Rather than pursuing an overdone appearance, he aims for rejuvenation that looks natural in motion and at rest.

Dr. Isaacs practices in association with Cedars-Sinai, a well-regarded medical institution in the Los Angeles area. This affiliation places his work within an established clinical framework.

Facial aging affects each patient differently, and Dr. Isaacs tailors his surgical plan to individual anatomy. He considers skin quality, bone structure, and the way volume has shifted over time.

The deep plane facelift he performs is designed to reposition tissue that has descended with age. This can restore definition along the jawline and cheek while preserving the patient's own facial character.

Recovery is a subject Dr. Isaacs discusses openly with patients before surgery. He sets realistic expectations for the healing timeline, which typically unfolds over several weeks and months.

Beverly Hills offers patients access to a concentration of specialized surgeons, and Dr. Isaacs works within this environment while maintaining an individualized focus. His practice emphasizes listening carefully to each patient's goals.

For women considering facial rejuvenation in their fifties and sixties, Dr. Isaacs offers procedures selected to match their stage of facial aging. His dual expertise in the eyes and face allows for coordinated planning.

Those exploring deep plane facelift surgery in Beverly Hills may find Dr. Isaacs's combination of oculofacial training and facial surgery experience relevant to their decision. His profile reflects a surgeon with focused specialization and an aesthetic rooted in balance.

I got to know Dr. Isaac’s when my daughter got a laceration, and we were in search for an experienced and a Doctor who is good with kids. Every one we asked told us to just see Dr. Isaacs. My daughter was very anxious and worried about the pain and we as parents were worried about scaring. Just by entering his office and meeting him, my daughter was calmed by the doctor and after seeing how precise, and knowledgeable he was we were assured we choose the right Dr. The outcome was great we were very happy. I have gone back for several procedures and taken my teen daughters too.
