I underwent a facelift and rhinoplasty surgery with my dear Professor Erdem a year ago. I am very satisfied with the operation and its results. I came to this decision after extensive research. I am a specialist physician. While researching, I shared an anonymous post in a group of 20,000 physicians, including fellow doctors. I asked all my fellow physicians: Who should I have it done by? Are there any who have had it done and are satisfied with the results? A female neurosurgeon in the group shared her experience with us. She had also had rhinoplasty and facelift done like me. The results were extraordinary. Since Professor Erdem's name came up most often in the group, I made my decision. Professor Erdem is a physician who explains how facelifts should be performed at aesthetic surgery congresses and gives training at many scientific meetings. He is the first physician to perform facelifts in Turkey. He also has the skills to perform facelifts without leaving scars, to create a deep plane, and to ensure a natural and long-lasting result. I would like to thank him again.

Hello, esteemed Professor Erdem; today is the 13th day since my endoscopic facelift surgery. I want to inform you that I have experienced no pain or discomfort since the moment I had the surgery, and I am truly very pleased with the results. I would also like to share my feelings with you. After the age of 40, I had become very estranged from mirrors; my face, eyes, and eyebrows had succumbed to gravity, and the fatigue of years was reflected very badly on my face. And what bothered me most was that everyone in daily life would ask me, "What's wrong? Did something happen? Smile a little," even though there was nothing wrong, but the tired and unhappy expression on my face made me look that way. Seven days after the surgery, I heard my daughter say for the first time, "Mom, what are you smiling about?" I wasn't smiling, but my eyes looked so beautiful that my face took on a very cheerful expression. I can't describe how happy I was. In fact, today, on the 13th day after the surgery, I was able to participate in an online meeting at work with my camera on, confidently and happily. I can't describe the joy of that. From now on, God willing, if my face ages gently as you said, then I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for your hard work and effort. My deepest gratitude to you. Nesrin Vural

Deep plane facelift technique, as practiced by surgeons with Prof. Tezel's training background, involves precise dissection beneath the SMAS layer to reposition facial tissues in their natural anatomical planes. This approach differs fundamentally from traditional facelift methods that primarily tighten skin without addressing deeper structural changes associated with aging.

The procedure begins with careful incision placement, typically following natural skin creases around the ears to minimize visible scarring. Turkish plastic surgeons often emphasize meticulous incision design, recognizing that scar quality significantly impacts patient satisfaction in the Mediterranean climate where sun exposure is frequent.
