Even though I was being pretty anxious about the whole thing, they were always there to calm me down and made sure to answer every single one of my questions in detail. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which I really appreciated. They also checked on me throughout the whole process, which made me feel really taken care of. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and not just trying to sell.
