We no longer accept open story submissions

This page used to host a form where anyone could write about a named surgeon. We could not tie what arrived to an operation, a case, or a person — which made it exactly the kind of unverifiable testimonial we tell patients not to rely on. We would rather publish nothing than publish that.

A patient's account is still published here — attached to a verified before-and-after case, so a reader can see the operation the words belong to. Your surgeon sends you a private invitation from your own case. If you had surgery with a surgeon listed on DEEPPLANE and would like to be heard, ask their practice to send you a case invitation.
