Your verified profile, your ranking above unclaimed entries, and patient visibility are all free. When a patient submits an inquiry that matches you, you decide whether to unlock it:

Surgeons pay a flat per-patient unlock fee only for the leads they choose to unlock. Opening inquiries needs an active monthly package ($500 or $1,500 a month, which you can stop in one press), but there is no long-term contract: your verified profile, ranking, and patient visibility stay free, and you decide which individual inquiries are worth unlocking.
Per-patient rates depend on the patient's country (reflecting different acquisition costs). Current rates are visible in your dashboard once you claim. Typical ranges: $39–$59 depending on market. Unlocks are paid from a monthly package ($500 or $1,500); the balance never expires and package payments are not refundable.
Invoiced by Healthgov OÜ (Estonia, VAT-exempt under EU small-business threshold). Fully deductible as a business expense in your country's accounting.
