Choosing Dr. Chen was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She is brilliant, talented, and kind. Her staff is equally caring, friendly and always helpful. During my three-hour consultation with Dr. Chen, her manner was compassionate and enthusiastic. She was informative and open about available options and realistic outcomes. After deciding on a course of action, reconstruction revision of right breast mastectomy with implant reconstruction from 2006, and left breast mastectomy using PAP flap reconstruction, I met with the Practice Manager, Andrea, who was invaluable in coordinating and scheduling pre-op appointments and handling insurance issues. Her knowledge and demeanor alleviated my anxiety so that I was able to concentrate on personal issues before surgery and healing after surgery. Both Andrea and Dr. Chen were available whenever I had a question or concern and they still are, more than a year later. My results are beyond my expectations. I’m back to my 34B natural feeling breasts of my 20’s and I am once again comfortable in my own body. I am forever grateful to Dr. Chen and her wonderful team. If I’d found her sooner, I could have avoided years of physical and emotional discomfort and heartache.
