I had my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Saman two months ago, and I truly could not be happier with my decision. I’ve dealt with a deviated septum since childhood, which caused my nose to collapse on deep breaths. When I finally sought a specialist, Dr. Ahmedli was recommended for a consultation. During our meeting she gently probed about any cosmetic concerns. That was a delicate topic for me—growing up I was self‑conscious about my nose, yet I’d also learned to accept it. I didn't like how I looked at certain angles in photos, but I was worried that any change might make my nose look different (a nose I've grown to appreciate) and unlike my children’s. Dr. Ahmedli listened attentively, validated my feelings, and explained how subtle adjustments could enhance the appearance while preserving “my nose.” Her thoughtful approach made me assured in her hands, and I decided to move forward. The surgery took longer than expected because my nose proved “stubborn,” but that actually reassured me that she was going to get it done right. She performed the procedure without any visible incisions, and the result exceeds my expectations. The nagging inner voice that used to surface whenever I faced a camera is gone; I can now be present in those moments. My wife, who’s known me since high school, says the nose still looks like mine, which means a lot. Dr. Ahmedli was just as thorough during my post‑op follow‑ups. She explained each step in detail, managed my discomfort skillfully, and never made the appointments feel rushed. I can’t recommend Dr. Ahmedli enough. After countless hours of research, I decided without a doubt that I wanted Dr. Saman to do my rhinoplasty.
