Dr. Hager performed two major, coordinated plastic surgeries on me. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up appointment, I always felt very safe and well cared for. Before choosing Dr. Hager as my surgeon for my deep-plane SMAS face and neck lift, I had already consulted with three other plastic surgeons in Essen, Dortmund, and Düsseldorf. Dr. Hager impressed me in both the first and second consultations with his highly professional, thorough, and easy-to-understand explanations. I also found the price-performance ratio to be very reasonable compared to other surgeons—who were either significantly more expensive or didn't impress me as much professionally and personally. Regarding the recovery process after the surgery, I would like to add that while you can go out in public again after about two weeks, swelling and restricted facial movements will still be clearly visible. After approximately four weeks, others will usually hardly notice anything. Even after eight weeks, you will still feel a certain tightness on the outer sides of your face and under your chin on your neck; however, this will lessen day by day.

Eight weeks ago I had an eyelid lift and I'm very happy with the result! I didn't experience any pain at all, and everything healed very well. My droopy eyelids had bothered me for so long, and I'm so glad I ended up at Dr. Hager's after a friend recommended them. Great team, excellent consultation, and a fantastic result.
