Excellent doctor. He is amongst the best facial plastic surgeon in North America. He specializes in neck, head, face, and nose. He is a member of plastic surgery in different fields and certified in all four areas. However, and equally important (If not more), he is an artist, a "painter" if you will, having the skills, and being board certified is one thing BUT he has a lot of experience and uses those skills like someone who uses a paint brush to create the best he can taking into consideration the facial characteristics of each individual. The results are natural. In my case, I have been told by many who know me that I look 25 years younger. My intentions were merely to remove a lot of loose skin under my jaw and neck area. I decided to go all out and had deep-plane surgery. The improvement was beyond my expectations. I did my research and for those who know me, they know and trust my judgements since I review EVERYTHING. Character, professionalism, certifications, experience, etc. I looked everywhere including South America. I found at least 5 excellent surgeons based on deep-plane experience. Dr Edgar Santos came out on top. He is low-key, humble, personable and professional. His forte is facial. Why gi anywhere else? Just allow him to suggest his opinion. I had asked for eyelid surgery. He suggested that was not necessary. Instead, he adjusted my eyebrows focusing on its muscles. It was fantastic. That's what I like. Someone who is an artist doing what he knows best. I recommend doctor Santos. His prices for facial surgery are by far well below those quoted here in U.S.A.
