I understand how it feels booking surgery overseas and not knowing exactly what you’ll find but this was just exceptional. Dr Metin is calm and professional - and incredibly talented. His demeanour makes you feel immediately safe and confident. His whole team, the clinic and the experience was amazing. And the hospital was excellent - like a top medical establishment in the centre of Istanbul. The staff and service (you’ll have your own nurse to take care of you!) was really good. I honestly couldn’t fault it. I felt so taken care of by the whole team (thanks Basel) and I’m really happy with the results. I’ll be back!

Found Mr. dr. Metin Kerem through social media, was doublechecking his work, how website looks like, feedbacks…based on it, chose him as my surgeon. (..had a major (cosmetic) issue of sagging skin on my neck, what I wanted to be primary treated for, the other issues were saggy skin on my face and eyelids- mid facelift) Entire communication was very smooth (shoutout to Basil!), received itinerary, pricing and instruction of procedure as well as we agreed on date of surgery very early on, before date of the operation. Basil was very approachable entire time, what made me confident about process and personal I’ve chosen. I am an international patient, therefore flew to IST from the states. Had hotel accommodation, plus driver was picking me up every scheduled time for appointments. After first in person discussion with doc. Kerem, we both agreed on procedure as was already recommended on general proposal. Plus he suggested adding upper eyelid surgery (without any additional payment adjustment, which was very nice of him.) Everyone, at the hospital was very attentive, nice and supportive. I really had a good time…was also ready for everything after surgery, since I know that every body react different and heals different way, so… even bad outcomes were expected. However, I am one month post op and my skin looks amazing, even on both sides. My neck tightness is back. Random ppl use to stop me by, asking about eyelid surgery thinking it’s been awhile (a year after operation) since I had surgery done, but they are very nicely surprised when I say that it’s been only a month post op!! That is a great outcome! (Anyway my eyelids are scarless, which I am very happy about!!) Overall feedback- I would recommend Mr. Kerem as surgeon, he is very professional, communicative and caring about his patients, always trying for best outcome out of surgery. Also hospital room is clean, personal polite, communicative and helpful. Thank u for having me, I’m satisfied with results of the surgery! Also, If u want ur face to heal in way shorter time after surgery ‘pre’ and ‘post’ operation care is very important…especially red light procedures , post op IV (vitamin C!), I also did lymphatic massages, face massages once it can be done. Wishing all the best! 🌸
