James Murphy is a highly experienced plastic surgeon who graduated from medical school in 1992, commencing his surgical training the same year. He became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1996 and was awarded a Master of Surgery (ChM) in 2001 for research at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. In 2002, he received the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery (FRCS (Plast)). Mr. Murphy was appointed Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at The Christie Hospital in Manchester in 2004, simultaneously starting in private practice. He transitioned to full-time private practice in 2010, establishing Manchester Plastic Surgery, where he now serves as Medical Director. He is a full member of BAPRAS, BAAPS, and UKAAPS, with over 20 years of experience.
