Many neck lifts in Turkey are done together with a facelift. Whoever you choose, check the facility first: Turkish law requires a facility that treats international patients to hold the Ministry of Health's International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. Look a facility up in our English copy of the Ministry's register. The certificate permits the premises to do this work; it says nothing about the surgeon's skill or the result.
