She accommodated me and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. I asked tons of questions, and her patience and dedication were incredible. My surgeon was Dr. Abdullah, very clear, professional and honest. The nurses after surgery were also very kind. Even though they didn't speak perfect English, they were always around and ready to help. I got a Septorhinoplasty. I choose Dr. Görkem due to his skills and experience, he is one of the best in İstanbul in my opinion. Dr. Görkem listened to my concerns and did an awesome job. The results are great, I can breath better plus my nose looks like the way i wanted it to be. From beginning to the end of this process I have had very fast and reliable communication with the clinic. The staff is nice. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I’ve collaborated with this clinic for a Septorhinoplasty and my boyfriend had a hair transplant. It was a smooth process and very quick. The only issue is that the doctors don’t really speak English or any other language besides Turkish which made us uncomfortable, even if we had a translator who was always there. I want to be very honest, therefore I would like to advise the clinic (Özel Class Polikliniği) where my boyfriend had his surgery done to clean more and make the place look sanitary, because people go there already scared of the surgery and when they see that the place doesn’t look clean, it may scare them away. Also, it would be better to send the patience the documents they need to sign in advance so they can read what they are signing without feeling like they sold their house or they are about to have a kidney taken out :)) As for our surgeries everything went smoothly and we are recovering well. Many thank to the chat assistant Faith who was always reachable and helpful. Inspiring credibility and kindness.
