I had such a wonderful experience! I spent months researching different places and surgeons. I carefully compared my options and ultimately my search ended here. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From start to finish, the office staff ladies as well as the surgery center staff were incredibly efficient, generous and attentive to every detail. My experience with Dr. Attenello has been wonderful! I had a CO2 laser treatment along with some fillers, and the difference has been noticeable. The staff is warm and friendly — it genuinely feels like being at a spa. Dr. Attenello is incredibly attentive to detail and methodical in her approach, so you always feel like you're in great hands. She also offers complimentary follow-up appointments to check on your progress, which speaks to how much she cares about results. It's a wonderful experience all around, and when it's time for surgery, I'll absolutely be trusting her with that too.

As an out-of-town patient who is only two weeks post-op, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Natalie Attenello and her entire team. From the very first step in the process, I felt incredibly cared for and supported. Risa was exceptionally kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, no matter how many emails and phone calls we had back and forth. Once I finally made it to LA, Emma was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly professional, warm, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She always provided me with iced tea, snacks, a blanket, or even a fan if I was feeling too warm. By the time I met Dr. Natalie Attenello in person, I felt like I already knew her and understood her methodology, even though we had only had one or two calls beforehand. She was such a reassuring presence throughout the entire process and always made me feel comfortable and heard. She is a true artist, and I am so grateful for the way she worked with me to create the hairline of my dreams. I also really appreciated Dr. Attenello’s honesty and transparency about what was realistic to accomplish in one session and what I could potentially expect from a second session if I wanted to fill in more of the edges of my hairline. She emphasized that her absolute priority would always be my safety and that she would never push my body too far during the procedure. That gave me an enormous amount of confidence, especially because this was my first time ever going under anesthesia. I was pretty nervous right before surgery, but the nurses and anesthesiologists were so patient, calm, and reassuring. They answered all of my questions, helped ease my nerves, and made me feel completely safe. I fell asleep almost instantly, and it genuinely felt like the procedure was over in a few minutes rather than the 1-2 hours it realistically took. I stayed in LA for a week following my procedure, and Dr. Attenello and her team continued to be wonderful throughout my recovery. They were responsive to any questions I had and made sure to check in on me as well. At the end of the week, I returned to the office to have my sutures and staples/surgical clips removed by Avery. She was incredibly kind, careful, and gentle throughout the entire process. She explained exactly what I could expect and what sensations or discomfort I might experience during the removal, and she even used a vibration tool against my head to help dull any potential pain. The whole process was quick, seamless, and only mildly uncomfortable. Before I headed back home, Avery and Emma also made sure I had all of the information and everything else I needed in a little goodie bag. I cannot thank Dr. Attenello and her entire team enough for making this such a wonderful experience. Even my fiancé, who came with me for my suture removal, commented afterward that it had been a very long time since he had experienced customer service at the level that Dr. Attenello and her team provided. I am incredibly happy with my results so far, and my healing process has been a relative breeze compared to what I imagined it might be when I first started researching. My fiancé and I were even able to do some sightseeing during the week we were in LA, as long as I was careful not to push myself too hard. I cannot imagine having gone to anyone else for this operation. I am so grateful I found Dr. Attenello and her team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else considering this procedure!
