For several years I had been thinking about getting a breast augmentation, as it was one of my biggest insecurities. After analyzing it, I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I live in Tijuana, and the doctor's office is in Mexico City, but that wasn't an obstacle to following up on the details of the procedure. At 3 pm, they discharged me to recover at home. The incision was made under the breast, and the implant was placed over the muscle beneath the gland. The doctor recommended this procedure to avoid capsular contracture and for a longer-lasting result (I don't have children, so he explained that if he placed it under the muscle, if I wanted to breastfeed, the implants would sag and almost certainly fall out). Because the muscle remained intact, the recovery was very quick. When I got home that same afternoon, he video-called me to see how I was feeling. He is a very attentive and kind person, and I felt, and still feel, more and more confident with him as my doctor. It's been 10 days since my surgery, and I can already move almost completely. I haven't had any pain at all, and the scar is healing perfectly. I only had a small bruise on one breast. Every day that passes I feel more satisfied and happy with the result. It exceeds my expectations; it looks natural and in harmony with my body. There's still time to see the final result, but so far I'm beyond happy I chose Dr. Xavier Sánchez as my surgeon. So, ladies, I recommend him 100%. Don't focus on the price; it's an investment that will last up to 20 years. So, carefully consider your options, and if you choose Dr. Sánchez, I'm almost certain you'll love your results as much as I do.
