Dr. Kshem Yapa, FRCS(Plast)

In December 2025 I had Rhinoplasty with Dr Yapa. The process from start to finish was beyond expectations and the results are better than I could have ever expected. It has given me a whole new level of confidence. Dr Yapa and his team were available for questions and concerns at all times from consultation to post surgery and took me down a route of a natural result over a more mainstream idea. I couldn’t recommend him more.

My chosen surgery was Deep plane facelift/neck lift, Upper and lower blepharoplasty plus brow lift. I am just 7 weeks post surgery and so happy to have made this decision! Firstly I got it right with my chosen surgeon - Mr Kshem Yapa! Meeting him for a consultancy was the key to moving forward. Very easy to talk to whilst giving me clear and thorough answers to all of my questions. There are many things I could say for your reassurance but in summing up, he’s brilliant, experienced, thoroughly professional and very caring! He also has a wonderful team around him who have delivered excellent post-op care. You want this with such important surgery so I strongly recommend you build Mr Yapa into your research. I am thrilled with the results so far and definitely have a new found confidence! If I am this happy after 7 weeks, I am super excited to see how I look and feel in a few months time! Revision deep plane facelift. My first overarching comment must be that not only is Mr. Yapa an exceptional surgeon achieving remarkable and authentic outcomes is also a kind, empathetic and very supportive man. In addition to the revision deep plain facelift, I had some smaller and ancillary facial procedures. Mr Yapa‘s protocol of holding two consultations prior to surgery in order to complete thorough examinations and to agree, through detailed discussion, the looked-for outcomes and the best means of seeking to achieve these was very welcome. This allows for a very useful period of reflection between consultations and, in my experience, a much better understanding of and increased confidence in the agreed-upon approach. I was cared for very well post-surgery, with 24 hour access to Mr Yapa‘s attentive medical support team and periodic reviews with Mr Yapa himself. Post surgery bruising was very much less than I was expecting and healing progressed very well such that within three weeks, I was back to my normal pace and activities. It is now three months since surgery and without hesitation or reserve I can say I am delighted with the results. I also know that there will be further “settling” and improvement over the coming months. Finally, I should praise the individuals in Mr Yapa‘s support team: from his professional administrative lead through his anaesthetist colleague to the post-surgery nurses taking care of me during the recovery period. As you will conclude from reading this review I highly recommend Mr. Yapa for those seeking the very best in modern aesthetic surgery.

Finding a surgeon with true integrity and someone you can completely trust with your face isn't easy. I had to look really hard to find that, and I feel very lucky to have discovered Mr Yapa. From the first consultation onward, his calm, straightforward manner reassured me that I was making the right decision, I opted for a deep plane face, neck and lateral brow lift, and am absolutely delighted with the result! I can see a significant transformation but somehow it all looks completely natural. Because of this, I felt no anxiety at all on the day of my surgery and I walked into the anaesthetic room feeling completely calm and supported. Choosing Mr Yapa was the best decision I could have made and I am so grateful to him and his team for making the whole experience so positive.
