When we found Dr. Mehmet on Instagram for my cousin's nose surgery, we went to his office together. The welcome was very friendly. Berfin was very attentive upon entering. I had Botox, and it was the most natural treatment a man could get. My cousin had rhinoplasty at Bayındır Hospital three and a half months ago and was very pleased. The office is located on the street and is beautifully designed. Dr. Mehmet's personalized procedures, based on the patient's wishes and his own aesthetic approach, gave us great confidence. Thank you.

This advanced technique requires releasing the facial ligaments and repositioning the deeper tissues as a unified layer, preserving the natural connections between skin and underlying structures.

The deep plane dissection plane sits beneath the SMAS and above the facial nerve branches, allowing for comprehensive tissue mobilization while maintaining safety. During the procedure, the surgeon carefully releases the retaining ligaments that tether facial tissues, including the zygomatic and mandibular ligaments, enabling significant lifting and repositioning of ptotic (sagging) tissues.

International patients can generally travel home after 10-14 days once swelling has stabilised and wound checks are complete.
