At every check-up, I received both physical and emotional support; the holistic approach and complementary treatments like laser therapy provide great reassurance. Nurse Hasret's accessibility, compassion, and empathetic approach are also a very valuable part of this journey. When I go for check-ups, I often feel like I'm not in a clinic, but rather in a healing space. The most important thing I can say to those who are going through or will go through this process is: If you have gone through all the difficult decision-making processes, remember that you have a doctor who will guide you to the most natural solution. Never forget this during the healing process, and be patient.

According to what you said, you told me that my eyebrows wouldn't be lifted as much as I wanted, and I had this procedure done that won't work, and I paid for it on top of that. This is illogical. You were very good in the first consultation before this complaint, but after my complaint, you tried to attack me by mentioning my age. You said eyebrow drooping occurs at this age, which is 30, whereas you said it was too early for a facelift. You found the score I gave you too low; one for your assistant, the other for your effort.
