What recent patients say
4.2 / 5 · 10 Google reviewsDr. Buckland performed my breast reduction and lift some 8months ago and I can happily report they turned out great. No more back pain. He’s a very skilled surgeon with a great team around him. You’re always made to feel welcome and comfortable, no questions are too much. Would highly recommend if you want that next level of professionalism.
Dr Buckland removed a suspicious skin spot located on my nose, very close to my right eye. The operation was done 12 months ago. Given the size of the skin that had to be removed, the operation included removal of the skin near my ear with delicate skin grafting. After a year, it is not possible to locate actual connection of grafted skin to the skin around it – a testimony to the skillfulness and surgical precision of Dr Buckland. Dr Buckland took time to explain in detail what the procedure entails, including what to expect during operation and recovery. The operation was conducted in the Randwick PoW Hospital - another five-star experience. I thrilled with my results and highly recommend Dr Buckland. The staff from nurses to receptionist are professional, pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Buckland's Surgical Approach
Dr. Garry Buckland approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the skin's surface to reposition the deeper facial tissues — the defining principle of this technique.
Dr. Garry Buckland approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the skin's surface to reposition the deeper facial tissues — the defining principle of this technique. Rather than simply pulling the skin tighter, the deep plane method addresses the structural causes of facial aging.
Central to this approach is the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system), the layer of muscle and fibrous tissue that sits beneath the skin and above the deeper facial structures. As we age, this layer descends, creating jowls and midface heaviness.
