I had surgery eight years ago with Dr. Nogueira. Today, I dare say he's a complete butcher. The scars and the final result are best left unmentioned. My breasts didn't turn out the way I wanted. Years later, I had the scars touched up by him (he did it in the office, and blood was splattering all over my face), and he botched it again. Please, I'm writing this so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. There are many surgeons to choose from. Don't go with him.
A year and a half ago, I placed all my trust in Dr. Nogueira, believing him to be an exceptional professional. After this time, I have to say that he completely disregards his patients' wishes. I repeatedly requested the smallest implants available on the market. Nothing could have been further from the truth when I woke up. I ended up with 380cc and 420cc implants... which are anything but small. I have repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction with this size, to which he replies that any woman would be happy with them. But that's not the point. It's not what I had always requested in our conversations. The size wasn't specified in the contract because, I repeat, I placed myself in his hands with complete confidence in his decisions, always after having explained my wishes to him on numerous occasions. It was essentially about correcting an asymmetry, not about having large breasts. He said that in the operating room he would determine the most suitable size for me, always respecting my decision. When I made him aware more seriously of how I felt and how disappointed I was, his behavior, far from assuming that he had not taken my request into account, was arrogant and insulting.
