From the first consultation, Dr Zac was attentive, honest, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to fully understand my history (including a significant injury) and clearly explained the surgical approach, keeping my desired results in mind. Throughout the entire process, both pre- and post-op, Dr Zac and his team provided outstanding care and support, making me feel so comfortable. Even though this review is a little late, we really want to share our gratitude! Back in 2021, my son had a cyst removed from his left cheek, and we were so nervous since it was on his face. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Zachary and his team made us feel completely at ease. The scar healed beautifully, it blends so naturally with my son’s skin that it’s barely noticeable unless you look very closely. We are beyond happy with how it turned out. A huge thank you to Dr. Zachary for his amazing skill, patience, and care. He is so patient with kids and so experienced with children, which means so much to anxious mums like me. We also really appreciated him personally emailing to check in after surgery, it meant a lot. The lovely ladies at the front desk also made every visit smooth and welcoming. I met with Dr Moaveni only briefly for a consultation but he was very polite. Since I would require revision surgery for a septoplasty I had 15 years ago he advised it would be a very difficult surgery and instead I should be consulting with an ENT. I think it shows good character that he knew his limitations and i appreciated his honesty.
