The deep plane facelift technique employed by surgeons like Dr. Walker involves dissection beneath the SMAS layer, allowing for comprehensive repositioning of facial tissues as a unified complex. This approach differs fundamentally from traditional facelift methods that primarily address skin laxity without repositioning deeper structures.

During the procedure, careful dissection releases key retaining ligaments that tether facial tissues to underlying bone. These include the zygomatic and masseteric ligaments, whose release permits natural repositioning of the midface and jowl regions without tension on the skin.

Masterclass doc, who has put my face back together after some unfortunate experiences left me with visible facial scars and deformed contours. He is meticulous and took on my case even though he turned me down a couple of times because he thought there were more experienced reconstructive surgeons for my specific case. I trusted him so much after he fixed my nose, that I practically begged and thank God, because it could not have turned out better. He revised large scars on my cheeks and neck and fixed my nose. You cannot tell there were ever scars there, I don't know how he does such fine detail work, but it's incredible. I didn't want to smile for 4 years because smiling made my cheeks look even worse on animation and now I smile all the time. Also, he's an unpretentious, kind and down to earth human. He cares deeply about his work and it shows. Dr. Walker has given me back the gift of not being self conscious and loving what I see in the mirror. Super grateful to him and to have found him when I did.
