I was referred to see Dr. Rousso and the appointment went well I needed a few days to decide if I will only do the actual necessary surgery or add a cosmetic nose job. I was quoted $9,500 just for the nose job which makes sense and is a fair price. I decided a few days later that I was not interested in the cosmetic part and I only want to do the necessary surgery I was in need of. He did not reply until I double emailed then he said has no appointments available for the whole 2026! Keep in mind this appointment was on February 2nd and during the appointment he told me his assistant can schedule for the end of April. Crazy how the schedule is suddenly full when I don’t want to add the cosmetic for $9,500. He is pure greed. I’ve attached my email thread with him

The top of our son's ear was folded over at birth. My wife wanted to "correct" it, so we saw Dr. Rousso when our son was a few weeks old. Dr. Rousso was professional and had excellent bedside manner. He applied a plastic device to our son's ear that stayed in place for a few weeks. When it was removed, the ear perfectly matched the other ear. The whole process was smooth, quick, and well tolerated by our infant. Our son is now a toddler and his ear still looks great.
