Always the best
Dr Mentz and his entire staff are wonderful. He takes time with you and your questions and/or concerns! Dr. Mentz apologized for a very short wait after my pre-op session. I replied with “it’s not as if it’s a doctor’s office” — meaning waits happen in good doctors offices because they care enough to take the time to care about the person/patient. You are not just a “case” with Dr. Mentz, you are HIS patient, so show him some patience! A doctor should never feel bad about a very short wait. I am looking forward to my after photos!

Dr. Mentz's Surgical Approach
Dr. Henry Mentz approaches the deep plane facelift as a procedure rooted in deep anatomical repositioning rather than surface tension.
Dr. Henry Mentz approaches the deep plane facelift as a procedure rooted in deep anatomical repositioning rather than surface tension. This technique addresses the underlying structures of the face, which is what distinguishes it from more traditional skin-only approaches.
At the center of the deep plane technique is the SMAS — the superficial musculoaponeurotic system, a fibrous and muscular layer that sits beneath the skin and above the deeper facial muscles. As facial aging progresses, this layer descends, contributing to jowls, midface flattening, and deepening folds.
