What truly stood out to me was his honesty and integrity. Instead of recommending treatments that may not have been the right fit, he was very transparent and told me he wouldn’t do anything to my face. He reassured me that for my age, I look great. That level of honesty is rare, and I appreciated it so much. I think we can often be our own worst critics, and I left the consultations feeling so much better about myself. It meant a lot to be treated with such care and sincerity. Dr. McInnes clearly does beautiful work, which you can see on his Instagram, but what impressed me most was his integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend him.
I saw Dr McInnes for a consultation for a deep plane extended face and neck lift. I consulted with several surgeons and ultimately chose Dr McInnes for a number of reasons; the most notable being that I felt comfortable with him, he went over all the options very thoroughly, and I felt based on his work and extensive experience that I would be very happy with the results. Going over all the options I decided on neck contouring, deep plane extended face and neck lift and an upper blepharoplasty. The day of the surgery the entire team was amazing, and I can say the same of all my post op follow up visits. I think the biggest worry I had was that I wouldn’t look like myself…my reason for wanting surgery was that I felt like I wasn’t looking like myself anymore. I’m currently 10 weeks post op and absolutely thrilled!!! I feel like I have me back and the best part is nobody could ever tell I had surgery, and even people I know wouldn’t realize it. He exceeded my expectations on every level. I can say with absolute certainty that Dr McInnes will be my surgeon for life! I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you for everything…honestly life changing

Incredible Results with Dr. McInnis and His Amazing Team I first started seeing Dr. McInnis in 2021 after a facial injury, and I've been so grateful for the care and expertise he's provided since then. After my initial treatments, I returned for additional work to further fix a few other problems I had Dr McInnis performed a DPFL along with an upper and lower blepharoplasty and a lip lift. The results have been truly transformative. My face feels more youthful, lifted and refreshed, without looking unnatural or overdone. I love the definition and the way everything blends together-it's subtle but such a noticeable improvement I also had a Croton Oil Peel that was a game changer. It completely erased my sunspots, and the texture of my skin has improved significantly . My skin now looks smoother, brighter and much more even. The difference has been amazing. Dr McInnis has an incredible eye for detail and really understands how to enhance natural features. I've felt well taken care of throughout the entire process, and I'm beyond happy with the results. A huge thank you to Tammi and Veronika, his office team, who have also been so wonderful. They are caring, kind, and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.
