He has the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. During my consultation, we discussed the procedures I was interested in -a tummy tuck, liposuction, and a breast list. After working hard over the past year and achieving significant weight loss, I wanted my body to reflect all of that effort. I came to my appointment with more than 30 questions, and Dr. Durand answered every single one in detail without ever making me feel rushed. One of my biggest concerns was avoiding the typical “tummy tuck belly button” look. I specifically told him I didn’t want an unnatural looking belly button, and he took the time to explain exactly how he approaches this, which immediately put my mind at ease. The consultation felt more like a genuine conversation than a medical appointment.
