Dr. Magge is literally the ABSOLUTE BEST cosmetic surgeon I have ever had. This will be long but worth the read. I had gotten a botched face-lift overseas & found his clinic when searching for help. Not only did he fix the bad scars left by my first face-lift, he gave me my confidence back. I truly look fresh-faced and you can't even tell I had so much work done. I got a deep plane face-lift but also the deep laser and a lip lift. Today I saw a picture of myself at 39 and literally look almost the same age even though I'm 3 months way from 57. I received his private cell phone number with instructions to call at any time. I texted him one morning before 6 am & he immediately called me. The care he showed was phenomenal. I was so impressed with him and the clinic staff that I also did a tummy tuck and breast augmentation this week. When I was released to go home, they sent one of their wheelchairs with me so my daughter could get me home. They even sent someone from the clinic to pick it up for us so we wouldn't be inconvenienced to bring it back. You will not be disappointed if you decide you would like to do any procedure with Dr. Magge.

I went to Dr. Magge in May 2026 for a scarless lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and from the initial consultation through post-op, I had the best experience. Dr. Magge and his entire team were amazing—their care, communication, and attention throughout the entire process made me feel completely comfortable. I traveled from New Jersey the morning of my surgery and was able to return home the very next day without any pain or discomfort. The procedure was done under twilight sedation, which was exactly what I had been searching for. I was completely asleep during the surgery without having to undergo general anesthesia. I experienced normal swelling in the weeks following the procedure, but once it subsided, I could really see how beautiful my results were—undereye bags, nonexistent! I’ve had under-eye bags since I was a teenager, and as I got older, they became a significant insecurity for me. I’m so happy with my results and feel so much more confident. I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Magge and his team for such a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Magge at Cosmetic Surgery Associates!! From my very first consultation through every post-op appointment so far (I am currently at 4 months since my surgery date), I have felt genuinely cared for and supported every step of the way. I had a mommy makeover that included a tummy tuck and breast reduction and I am just so happy with my results. It's truly been a life changing experience! I know things are still settling into place, but my surgery absolutely exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful that I chose Dr. Magge as my surgeon. When I was starting my surgery "journey", I set up consultations with 3 different plastic surgeons in the Northern Virginia area. I was looking for a doctor with great reviews, referrals, and photos, that was also relatively close to home. I had not found Dr. Magge yet, so give me a second! I went to all 3 consultations and even scheduled a surgery date with one of the doctors...yet something just didn't feel right. I went back to researching and found Dr. Magge in Rockville, MD. I set up an appointment and I knew immediately during my consultation that this was the ONE. Dr. Magge is very professional but is so genuine and caring, you feel like you've known him forever.
