⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Why can't I give it 20 stars… Today marks exactly one year since my rhinoplasty surgery, and I think it's the perfect time to leave this review. I went to Dr. Camilo Betancourt's office because I was having trouble breathing, and from the first visit, I knew I wanted to be in his hands. Before even discussing aesthetics, he perfectly explained how the nose works, what my problem was, and what I needed to improve its functionality. For me, that's what sealed the deal. From then on, everything was perfect. His approachability, his warmth, the calm he exudes, and the professionalism with which he guided me throughout the entire process made me feel confident from the very beginning. And, of course, I want to give a special mention to his entire team, because their treatment has also been outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and looking out for me, both on the day of the surgery and throughout my recovery. In the end, in a process like this, feeling cared for and supported makes a huge difference. The surgery was fantastic, and the follow-up throughout the post-operative period couldn't have been better. They were always attentive to my progress, answering my questions and supporting me every step of the way. Today, a year later, I can say that putting myself in their hands was one of the best decisions I could have made. Not only because of the aesthetic result, which I'm thrilled with, but because for me, the most important thing was resolving my breathing problems and noticing a real change in my daily life. I wanted to share my experience because, when I was looking for a surgeon, other patients' opinions helped me a lot in my decision. After comparing several options, I chose Dr. Camilo Betancourt, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. From the first consultation, I felt a very human and personalized approach. He took the time to listen to me, study my case, and explain everything clearly. Furthermore, the simulator he uses during the consultation gave me a lot of confidence when making my decision. In my case, I had rhinoplasty and breast augmentation in the same surgery. The recovery was much better than I expected, and in less than a week, I was practically back to normal life within the limitations of the postoperative period. I want to especially thank Raquel, the nurse on the team, for the calming effect she has and for explaining everything in such detail before the procedure. Also, thank you to the reception team, who always greet you with a smile and make the whole process much more pleasant. As advice for those considering rhinoplasty, I'd like to share something Dr. Betancourt himself explained to me: if your goal is surgery, it's worth carefully considering non-surgical rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid, as the product can remain in the nose and complicate the procedure. Regarding my breast augmentation, I couldn't be happier with the results.
