Türkiye's International Health Tourism Authorization register, in English

Türkiye's Ministry of Health, through USHAŞ at healthturkiye.gov.tr, publishes the list of facilities that hold the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. This page is our English copy of that list, last read from the Ministry on 4 October 2026: 4,283 facilities in 61 cities, 4,170 of them with a certificate number. This authorization is granted to a facility, and it is the document Turkish law requires before that facility may treat international patients. It is not a rating of the surgeon, of the operation, or of the result. It says the premises are permitted to do this work — not how well. Every row links to the Ministry's own entry, so you can check it there.

Key takeaways

  • This authorization is granted to a facility, and it is the document Turkish law requires before that facility may treat international patients.
  • It is not a rating of the surgeon, of the operation, or of the result. It says the premises are permitted to do this work — not how well.
  • Not finding a surgeon here says nothing against him: many operate inside a hospital that holds the certificate under the hospital's own name.

The register covers all health tourism in Türkiye, not only facial surgery: hospitals, polyclinics, doctors' offices and dental clinics. The list starts with the non-dental types; choose "All types" to include the 1,220 dental facilities.

What this list is

Facilities are listed alphabetically by city, then by name. The order carries no meaning, and nothing on this page rates a facility.

Every facility in the Ministry's current listing is here. We add and remove nothing by hand, and a place on the list cannot be bought. A facility drops off when the Ministry's listing no longer includes it at our next weekly read.

Last read from the Ministry on 4 October 2026. The Ministry's own list is at healthturkiye.gov.tr; how we read and check what we publish is on our methodology page.

Not finding a surgeon here says nothing against him: many operate inside a hospital that holds the certificate under the hospital's own name.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the official register?
No. The official register is the Ministry of Health's, published at healthturkiye.gov.tr/certificated-health-service-providers. This page is a copy, read on 4 October 2026, and it can be out of date by up to a week. The Ministry's own entry is linked on every row, so check it there before you rely on it.
Does a certificate mean the surgeon is good?
No. This authorization is granted to a facility, and it is the document Turkish law requires before that facility may treat international patients. It is not a rating of the surgeon, of the operation, or of the result. It says the premises are permitted to do this work — not how well.
Why is a surgeon I know not listed under his name?
Not finding a surgeon here says nothing against him: many operate inside a hospital that holds the certificate under the hospital's own name. We name a surgeon on a row only when that facility is registered under his own name and he has a public profile with us. Everyone else is a gap in our matching, not a finding about him; search the hospital's name above, or ask him which facility he operates in.
