Türkiye's International Health Tourism Authorization register, in English

Türkiye's Ministry of Health, through USHAŞ at healthturkiye.gov.tr, publishes the list of facilities that hold the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate. This page is our English copy of that list, last read from the Ministry on 11 October 2026: 4,207 facilities in 60 cities, 4,097 of them with a certificate number. This authorization is granted to a facility, and it is the document Turkish law requires before that facility may treat international patients. It is not a rating of the surgeon, of the operation, or of the result. It says the premises are permitted to do this work — not how well. Every row links to the Ministry's own entry, so you can check it there.

What this list is

Facilities are listed alphabetically by city, then by name. The order carries no meaning, and nothing on this page rates a facility.

Every facility in the Ministry's current listing is here. We add and remove nothing by hand, and a place on the list cannot be bought. A facility drops off when the Ministry's listing no longer includes it at our next weekly read.

Which surgeons in Turkey are registered with the Ministry of Health?
Every physician practising in Türkiye is licensed by the Ministry of Health, and we found no Ministry search that lets a patient abroad confirm a doctor's licence. The Ministry's doctor record, Doktor Bilgi Bankası, is an e-Devlet service for doctors to see their own records, not a public lookup. What the Ministry does publish is this list of facilities, which names a surgeon only when a facility is registered under his own name.
