I went to Phase for a therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) and it was a great experience. I was sent information ahead of time on what to expect from the treatment. The treatment was really smooth—great nurses who got my IVs on the first try and kept me really comfortable throughout the exchange. The exchange took a couple hours and I had a comfy, quiet room with a recliner, blanket, TV. I did not experience any significant side effects during or after TPE but they were clearly prepared to help if I did. I will be pursuing more treatments here.

I saw Nikki today for lip filler and Botox and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She’s incredibly sweet, has such gentle hands, and really took her time to make sure everything felt right. I’m so happy with my experience and would 100% recommend her!

Nikki is absolutely amazing. I came to her with my desired goals and she provided advice on what would be the best treatment to achieve this look. She educated me on the reasons for each treatment, as well. I got chin filler to slim my jaw and botox for my forehead lines and I couldn’t be happier. I was insecurity about my skin breakouts and she made me feel comfortable and even discussed some skincare that the office provides. I would 1000% recommend. I feel very pretty :)

Frequently Asked Questions About Dr. Richard Baxter

What procedures does Dr. Richard Baxter specialize in?
Dr. Richard Baxter specializes in deep plane facelift surgery, neck lift, and facial rejuvenation, practicing in USA. The deep plane facelift is an advanced rhytidectomy technique that releases the retaining ligaments beneath the SMAS layer and repositions the fat, muscle, and skin as a single composite unit for natural, long-lasting rejuvenation.
Is Dr. Richard Baxter board certified?
Dr. Richard Baxter is listed as board-certified by ABOMS, based on publicly available information such as clinic websites, medical society directories, and official registries. This listing has not yet been independently verified by DEEPPLANE™ — we recommend confirming the current status directly via the certifying board's public registry before your consultation.

International patients can arrange a virtual consultation before traveling to review candidacy, treatment plan, and pricing.
What is the recovery time for a deep plane facelift?
Recovery from a deep plane facelift typically involves 2-3 weeks of initial healing, with most visible bruising resolving within 7-10 days and sutures removed at days 7-10. International patients can generally travel home after 10-14 days once swelling has stabilised and wound checks are complete. Most patients return to desk work at 2-3 weeks and to exercise at 4-6 weeks. Final results become visible after 3-6 months as deep tissue swelling fully resolves. Dr. Richard Baxter provides a personalised recovery timeline during consultation.
How long do deep plane facelift results last?
Deep plane facelift results typically last 10-15 years, significantly longer than traditional SMAS or mini-facelift procedures, which tend to last 5-8 years. The deep plane technique repositions deeper facial tissues — including the SMAS-platysma composite and the released retaining ligaments — rather than simply tightening skin, which produces more natural, longer-lasting rejuvenation. Longevity also depends on individual ageing biology, sun exposure, smoking status, and skincare. Dr. Richard Baxter can discuss expected outcomes for your anatomy during consultation.
