Following a facelift performed in April 2025, and almost a year later, I can give a positive assessment. The result is very natural, exactly what I hoped for. The post-operative follow-up is thorough and Dr. Pelissier is always available. I highly recommend him.

I just left Dr. Pellisier's office. The appointment went very well. He is very professional, lets the patient express themselves, and puts them at ease. A real dialogue develops. He knows when to say no and finds an alternative to meet the request. And above all, he seeks to enhance our beauty, not transform us into someone else. I finally felt listened to. I will have the surgery in May. I will post the results. I recommend him without hesitation. Isa K.

A highly professional surgeon who listens to his patients, always available before the operation and very present post-operatively. He offers sound advice and is surrounded by a superb team both at the clinic and among the post-operative care providers.

I had breast augmentation and an abdominoplasty (with diastasis recti repair and flank liposuction) in September 2024 with Dr. Pelissier. I am very satisfied with his care; he is very attentive and offers excellent advice to meet my expectations. The surgery went well, and the result is even better than I hoped! The post-operative follow-up is reassuring, even remotely (I live in another region). I highly recommend Dr. Pelissier. He is truly highly qualified, and my breasts look very natural (even though I started with breast malformations)! As for my abdominoplasty, it was very successful and has given me a second youth after my four pregnancies! The scar is already very discreet after only one year, and my figure is back to what it was when I was 20! I greatly appreciated her authenticity, which put me at ease, and her precision in answering my questions, which always reassured me when I needed it.

Dr. Pelissier's Surgical Approach

Dr. Philippe Pelissier approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer to reposition the deeper structures of the face.

Dr. Philippe Pelissier approaches the deep plane facelift by working beneath the SMAS layer to reposition the deeper structures of the face. The SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) is a layer of connective tissue and muscle that gives the face its support, and the deep plane technique addresses it directly.

Unlike a traditional facelift that primarily tightens skin, the deep plane method involves sub-SMAS dissection. This means Dr. Pelissier works in the plane below the SMAS, releasing the ligaments that tether facial tissue as the face ages.
