After I received my first septoplasty at a different facility, it failed and I was left with a damaged airway that didn’t allow me to function in daily life. I was so scared of another surgery after trauma to my nose; I was scared of more damage and being left worse off than I was in the beginning. After being referred to Dr. Rob from several women, I booked an appointment with his office. I fell in love with the staff, Jessa and I became besties and I knew this was the team that would fix my nose. Everything was a breeze with them, pre-op, recovery, and the follow ups. Dr. Rob gave out his cell and I was able to call him with any issues I had. This is the sweetest team, they made myself and my husband feel so comfortable with a process I was very scared to go through. I am thrilled with the results, I have a beautiful, functional nose and a place I know I would be happy to return to in the future.
I actually love this place. I had an upper bleph with Dr.Robb and his wonderful team a month ago and I could not be happier with the results. The procedure and recovery was a breeze. Rita was wonderful to work with on the front end. She is extremely knowledgeable and responsive with any and all questions. Dr. Robb is clearly passionate about his work and cares for his patients. I was blown away by his attention to detail, happy and comforting demeanor, and hospitality. Getting a text from him the night before and a call the day after surgery was truly so nice, and calmed any nerves I had. Jessa the recovery nurse is amazing. I remember laughing with her like I would a close friend throughout my entire recovery, and even when I came in to get my stitches out. If you want a 5 star experience choose Dr. Robb and his team. You will be glad you did. 🙂
In July of last year I finally underwent a rhinoplasty to fix and achieve a nose I felt beautiful with. It had been a 10 yr long battle with the mirror and now my battle is now over. My nose was crooked and I absolutely hated my side profile with a passion. I felt like my nose was too strong for my face and my softer features (thanks dad). I was very passionate about this goal of mine for an eventual nose job. I’ve looked and looked on the internet for years into surgeons and gathering as much information as I could about the procedure. Eventually, in January I found Dr. Robb from googling offices in the Atlanta area. I actually almost gave up at first but felt a little nudge to keep looking before I moved on. By the grace of God, I found their website. I looked at the before and afters and was very pleased! I saw a couple of noses that were right up the alley of what I was looking for (ones with a slight upturn and a scoop). I was also elated to read about the ultrasonic rhinoplasty methods that Dr Robb used. When it came to his staff I was so delighted! They are some of the most wonderful people to interact with and were so hospital. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They are absolutely a top notch crew. When it was time to meet Dr Robb, I was so refreshed and relieved at his bedside manner. He was so down to earth and made me feel very at ease. He made it feel easy to express my wants and end goals. He was very supportive and responsive to my wishes whilst being realistic. After my first consult, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. Soon, I eventually booked my date and had my surgery. I’m still healing but I am so far I am beyond pleased with the results and functionality of my nose. It’s was I was looking for and I can’t wait for it to fully settle! I can’t thank Dr. Robb and his staff enough for the work they do and how they operate. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and would do it again. They made this leap and journey so enjoyable and I’m forever grateful for them.
