Dr. Mascaro is phenomenal. I had a facelift, fat grafting, rhinoplasty, and CO2 laser under the eyes, and the results are beyond what I hoped for — I still look like me, just 15 years younger. He was patient, did four consults to ease my nerves (this was my first surgery ever), and made both me and my family feel completely comfortable. Traveling from MA to FL was worth it a thousand times over. At 45, he gave me back confidence I thought I’d lost forever. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Go to him, you'll be beyond happy you did!!
I called the office today to make a consult appt. I was told that consults were not available until March 2027 and to book it I would have to give a non-refundable deposit of $350. I was also told it was 12-18 months after the consult to have the procedure. So, we are talking perhaps three years for the procedure. I would have liked to make the appt for the consult and I have no issue with the non-refundable $350 at the time if the consult but I never ever heard taking the money at the time of making the appt. I understand cancelations/no shows but I think they have enough business not to worry. And why can't they take the money a week or two before the consult if they are worried about no-shows. They have a waitlist - there is no issue filling a spot. Anyway, I don't even think this is legal- taking a payment 18 months in advance for zero service.
