I had a very bad experience here for a mixture of reasons - to start off they weren’t in the office at my appointment time they show up 20 mins late with coffees and a laugh of oh I had to pick the kids up, two other clients also had previously left as nobody was in the office when they came. A client squeezed in before me despite having an appointment time booked, then John had to have a emergency meeting pushing my time back even further , raising my frustrations to the office as I had to pick my daughter up from school after the whole team were unprofessional, rude and had no remorse towards being late. After a two minute consult and no care in the world towards my pain and asking me questions we decided to go ahead with the procedure, My procedure was extremely painful, and I was quite anxious over being under local having a panic attack mid procedure yet they did not seem to care!!! Then at the end to top it off my pre procedure questionnaires were filled out that was meant to be done prior to the procedure. I do not recommend
