MD Dominic Bray's approach to deep plane facelift surgery involves repositioning the SMAS layer and deeper facial structures rather than simply tightening superficial skin. This technique addresses facial aging at its anatomical source by releasing and repositioning tissues that have descended over time.
The deep plane technique requires dissection beneath the SMAS layer, accessing the natural tissue planes where aging changes occur. By working in this deeper anatomical space, surgeons can reposition facial fat pads and muscles to their youthful positions without creating tension on the skin.

Nope. His work compared to work that my friends have had done was really lacking. And when I wasn’t satisfied he told me that I would have to pay extra. There are better people around. He’s a pleasant guy though.
After 3 years of research to deal with my saggy neck and jowls I found Dominic Bray and it was worth the wait. From consultation to surgery I was fully informed at all times. My surgery went well and I can honestly say there was NO PAIN. After surgery I had a sleepy lip and swelling around the eye, but, as Dominic and Daniel assured me, they disappeared really quickly. I honestly feel amazing, I am so happy with my results. I love the comments I get, people don't think I've had surgery, they think I look great. The results are very natural and I still look like me. Thank you both for making me have a new sense of confidence.
This man is an ever evolving genius; not afraid of taking calculated risks to move the boundaries of face lifting ever forwards. I know this because I had a face lift by him ten years ago and recently I underwent his deep plane face lift. Although I was told I didn't need a face lift I could see that my neck was sagging and taking on a 'turkey' skin' look. Lines were developing around my chin and the development of jowls were on their way. I had exhausted skin treatments; no creams, fillers etc. made any difference. I hated looking in the mirror at the ever increasing image of an old lady. I'd lost the will to dress up and had no confidence when meeting people. Infact I had almost given up trying to regain any semblance of what I once looked like. When I met Dominic Bray for the second time I was fearful that my age would be a deterrent to a second facelift. It wasn't. I underwent the surgery in September and although it was a significantly different experience from the first surgery it was worth it. I sailed through the recovery process and now almost three months on I am delighted with the result. I am 81 years old and I can honestly say I've had a new lease of life; my friends tell me how well I Iook. I don't shy away from mirrors because the image that looks back at me is that of a fresh faced middle aged woman. I am indebted to a unique surgeon who time after time has the ability to create what is aesthetically pleasing. Thank you a thousand times Dominic bray!
